I have 100% confidence in these guys every time I take my 2011 335xi in. This issue turned out to be a little more complex than usual. What started out as a simple starter issue required a deeper dive and some brainstorming amongst the group. I'm new to Frederick and have been looking for a good shop I can trust to service my M2. I had a bad experience at another local shop with my X5, so was excited to see a BMW specialty shop in town. Jim and Emily were really great to work with and a lot of fun chatting with. My car really means a lot to me so I'm super relieved to have found such a fantastic place to take care of it.
