Frederick and Williamsport Auto Repair

I'm new to Frederick and have been looking for a good shop I can trust to service my M2. I had a bad experience at another local shop with my X5, so was excited to see a BMW specialty shop in town. Jim and Emily were really great to work with and a lot of fun chatting with. My car really means a lot to me so I'm super relieved to have found such a fantastic place to take care of it.

Very helpful when I called for information and again when I made an appointment. Price was half what the dealership quoted(they are ridiculous) and I like being able to pay from the text and also review the services. I will be using them for regular oil changes also. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I learned about Premier from a friend of mine. Tired of driving to Rockville just for service at the BMW dealership, Premier sounded like a great alternative due to proximity. They didn't disappoint either. Tremendous customer service at the front, and quality, BMW certified Techs in the back. They do a very thorough check on your vehicle and let you leave with incredible confidence in the condition of your car.
