I Love Maryland, I love BMW's great cars to drive, but finding a decent Repair Shop in Maryland that is worthy of trust and delivers actual value to their customers, frankly is hard to find in Maryland period! Premier Autowerks, Exceeded my expectations, by not just being a decent Shop, but actually demonstrating they are laser focused on doing right by their customers. In fact, I would say they are looking for long term clients, not just one off customers. They could have charged me several thousand dollars, but instead recommended I not repair my vehicle, as it did not make financial sense to do that. I have NEVER had a Maryland BMW dealership treat me like we were partners and give me guidance, they just have their hand out as I am just a revenue stream to them. Bravo Premier Autowerks ! you definitely made a client out of me. Thank you so much!

Words can’t adequately describe how much we appreciate Jim, Ashley and the crew at Premier Autowerks in Frederick. We bought a used car that turned out to have myriad issues. Nearly $12K in repairs were needed. We believe the pricing was correct especially given all that was required. The truth is we had a ticking time bomb and were it not for these outstanding people the car would have likely blown up. We are now customers for life and will bring this car and future vehicles to Premier Autowerks. If we could we would give 20 stars!
