Having a luxury vehicle I was hesitant to take it anywhere else but the BWM dealership, but Premier was able to beat the price by hundreds of dollars, and it was way closer. They are certified to work on these cars, which also eased any worry. The communication throughout the entire appointment was outstanding. I wasn’t even able to be there because I had dropped my car off, but they kept me informed every step of the way. What really impressed me was how far they went above and beyond. They even taxied my boyfriend to work, then later took the vehicle to his workplace so he could get it and return home. That level of customer service is rare these days.
