This was the second time I’ve used Premier Autowerks for routine maintenance for my Audi A5. The first appointment was fine, no issues. This time however I’m disappointed with the service for a couple reasons: 1. Scheduled an appointment online on 9/23 for an oil change, tire rotation and for a SOS warning. I dropped the car off on 9/22. On 9/23 at 8am I received an estimate. I accepted. 4:55pm I realize I never heard back about the car. I tried calling and it went to voicemail. No text, no email, no call. 2. I was fine with the $175 diagnostic fee. However when they called to tell me that there was a service bulletin from Audi for this exact issue and that only the dealership can resolve, I expected to not be charged the full amount. Time is money but checking for recent service bulletins for the issue that is happening shouldn’t take more than 15 mins. 3. Once factoring in a $50 shop fee to change oil and rotate tires, it was about the same price as the dealer. Perhaps this shop is better for more complex repairs but for routine maintenance, I do not see the value. Very poor communication and high costs.
