I'd give my personal experience 3.75 stars. As objectively as possible, I originally was slated for an AC repair, but another issue came up before my schedule appt and I wanted Premier to put priority on that. They had my car for a week (granted it was a holiday weekend, and parts needed to come in which takes time) and the AC issue did not end up being addressed. It could have been that I was not clear that I wanted both items checked. On another note, while my car was there somebody (not from the shop) ended up backing in to my car. Emily was on top of everything and immediately got out her phone to record and went and got the driver's information allowing me to contact their insurance for full liability. While it wasn't the most ideal overall experience, I wouldn't write off Premier, as I have quite a few friends and family who have had nothing but good things to say about the shop, especially if you have a BMW. (It was noted I should go to the dealer if issues persist with my certain repair, so they may not be equipped for major Audi issues lol)
