Really appreciated the team for taking care of my car so quickly. As a first time car owner experiencing car problems was terrifying and Premier definitely made it an easy process to understand exactly what was happening in my car and what was needed to replace it. Their estimates and invoices were knowledgeable and user friendly, this format allowed someone inexperienced to understand. I dropped off my VW at the Frederick location. Great little shop! Fair prices, fun staff, and no sketchy charges. So we decided to punish them by dropping off our old Volvo. They did a great job on it as well.
