Words can’t adequately describe how much we appreciate Jim, Ashley and the crew at Premier Autowerks in Frederick. We bought a used car that turned out to have myriad issues. Nearly $12K in repairs were needed. We believe the pricing was correct especially given all that was required. The truth is we had a ticking time bomb and were it not for these outstanding people the car would have likely blown up. We are now customers for life and will bring this car and future vehicles to Premier Autowerks. If we could we would give 20 stars!

I’ve been taking my 440 here since I purchased it about 4 years ago and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else in Frederick. Knowledgable staff, fair pricing compared to a dealer with dealer quality work. Took my BMW here for a transfer case fluid replacement and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop, but these guys nailed it. Highly recommend!
