I learned about Premier from a friend of mine. Tired of driving to Rockville just for service at the BMW dealership, Premier sounded like a great alternative due to proximity. They didn't disappoint either. Tremendous customer service at the front, and quality, BMW certified Techs in the back. They do a very thorough check on your vehicle and let you leave with incredible confidence in the condition of your car.

I was having oil leak on my BMW 535i MSport and was searching for a top notch independent mechanic for BMWs in Frederick area since I don’t want to travel all the way to Rockville for a diagnosis. Google, ChatGPT all recommended Premier AutoWerks and looked at the reviews. So I went and right away Emily greeted me like she has been my friend for a long time! They are so welcoming and gave all the details of what must be done including breakdowns and prices which for me are competitive compared to the dealership. They even exceeded my expectation of finishing the job in realistic time! Best of all, my oil leak is gone! Top notch shop. Top notch staff. Top notch mechanics. Top notch price.
