Great shop for BMW’s! I came here solely because of the reviews I read and when I called they were very informative and talk to you like a friend not a “customer”. I trust them with my M5! Will be my shop of choice unless I need to use the dealer for a special job. Again Great Shop!! Quick, Clean and friendly! Highly recommend especially since any BMW dealer within the Frederick area is about an hour plus commute and then you’ll pay double for no reason.
As always Premier AutoWerks provided excellent service, and relentless pursuit of my gremlin in my A/C system. They always provide great service and are the only shop that work on my BMWs!

My vehicle was involved in an accident. Although the body damage was minimal, the front tire and axle took the impact of the damage. I needed a repair shop that could fix this type of damage. I very was skeptical that my vehicle could be repaired back to its pre-accident condition. I couldn’t have made a better decision using Premier. Jim and Chris kept me informed of my repair status and went above and beyond my expectations!!! The experience and equipment they used ensured my vehicle was restored as expected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great service at a fair price. Their vehicle diagnosis was spot on addressing the source of the problem and offering quality replacement parts at a reasonable price. My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner.
