I found Premier Autowerks by searching BMW sites for a local shop. PA came highly recommended by several people. I need work done that the dealer quoted at $1400. Premier estimated $900. I dropped the car off at night. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything from the shop the next day, despite sending a text and leaving a message. I called early the next day and was told they were a person the day before and had several complicated repairs. My car was due to go in next. I stopped by to pick up golf clubs from my car. One of the owners greeted me and apologized for the delay - I appreciated that. The work was completed that day and the charge was as estimated. I am very pleased with Premier Autowerks and hope to make them my new auto shop for my 2017 BMW 3 series. My only suggestion would be to communicate with customers when there is a delay. Thanks!
