I am so so very happy I found this shop. The customer service is top notch. They are very professional and they let me know every step of the way what was happening with my vehicle. I have had bad experience with shops. It’s just nice to get an honest foreign car repair shop in the local area.

Have taken all my bmw and mini’s to them and have always done great work and fair priced.

My first experience with Premier Autowerks and I was quite impressed. I was only requesting an oil change for my BMW but they took the trouble to check the car over and then tell me that everything was in good shape and nothing else needed attention. I left with the feeling that they were both competent and honest and I will definitely be going back.

I've used premier Autowerks Twice now and I just wanted to take a minute and express how helpful, professional and knowledgeable the staff is. They go above and beyond, I had some complications with my vehicle and could not get it started, I called them very late in the day (minutes before closing time) for help and they not only determined the problem but were able to get parts and repair it within the hour. With this being an "emergency" situation, I would have paid anything to get it fixed but I was pleasantly surprised when the cost was more than reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and continue to use them going forward.
