Over the past year we have been hearing a clicking sound in our 19’ CLA 250 and wasn't sure what it was. We then started experiencing the vehicle being hard to start and eventually failed to turn over. After charging the battery multiple times we got fed up and needed to get a battery. We called and set up an appt here as it was very convenient and when I arrived staff was very kind and accommodating. They already had the battery in and got our vehicle taken care of quickly. Excellent staff experience. I now have a Benz shop closer to me than Gaithersburg or Hagerstown.
