I have been to this shop on several occasions with my Mercedes-Benz. I’ve got nothing but top quality care. At a reasonable price. I refuse to go to the dealer when I can come to them and get the same service better customer service than any place.

Very happy to have a reliable service for our BMWs here in Frederick. The customer service here is better than the dealerships plus we don’t have to drive down the road. I especially liked the ability to schedule an appointment and receive and review the estimate online. The online appointment reminders weee also helpful.
