Ashley was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. As someone who works in sales myself, I pay close attention to communication and customer service, and she exceeded my expectations in every way!!! Way to go! 🙌🏻 She sent over a very organized invoice that made the entire process simple and transparent. I was able to clearly see the services offered, select exactly what I wanted done, and review pricing upfront. Having a luxury vehicle I was hesitant to take it anywhere else but the BWM dealership, but Premier was able to beat the price by hundreds of dollars, and it was way closer. They are certified to work on these cars, which also eased any worry. The communication throughout the entire appointment was outstanding. I wasn’t even able to be there because I had dropped my car off, but they kept me informed every step of the way. What really impressed me was how far they went above and beyond. They even taxied my boyfriend to work, then later took the vehicle to his workplace so he could get it and return home. That level of customer service is rare these days. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will gladly recommend Ashley and the team at Premier Autowerks to anyone looking for a business that truly cares about its customers. I Love Maryland, I love BMW's great cars to drive, but finding a decent Repair Shop in Maryland that is worthy of trust and delivers actual value to their customers, frankly is hard to find in Maryland period! Premier Autowerks, Exceeded my expectations, by not just being a decent Shop, but actually demonstrating they are laser focused on doing right by their customers. In fact, I would say they are looking for long term clients, not just one off customers. They could have charged me several thousand dollars, but instead recommended I not repair my vehicle, as it did not make financial sense to do that. I have NEVER had a Maryland BMW dealership treat me like we were partners and give me guidance, they just have their hand out as I am just a revenue stream to them. Bravo Premier Autowerks ! you definitely made a client out of me. Thank you so much!
