Premier Autowerks is the only place I take my BMWs. Chris, Dan and the whole team are passionate about delivering great service at competitive rates. From drop-off to pickup they keep you informed and answer any questions you may have. As an avid DIY-er, and 20+ year "shade tree mechanic", I'm always hesitant to bring my beloved Z3 into any shop for jobs outside of my skill or tool set... or at least I was until I found Premier! If you have a German vehicle in need of repair I strongly recommend Premier Autowerks for service! I have a diesel vehicle I was told could not be repaired by another Shop. I found that invalid. I think there’s no better choice than these guys if you’re looking for dedicated services. I trust them with my Volkswagen GTI and my Audi A4 Quattro. Dealership mechanics aren’t special or better, they simply work for that dealer. I like it here because like me they’re enthusiast. Aside, from my routine maintenance they have also diagnosed issues and provided an explanation and solution for the cause and not just a fix for the problem. No pressure, just facts. been going to premier autowerks for a year now since I bought my 135i and they provide great service every time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE DMV AREA. Fluid changes, coolant reservoir replacement, valve cover replacement -all off the top of my head, all exceptional work and customer service every time! They usually beat everyone else’s prices on quotes (at least in my cases) and I know those are guys I can trust with my car.
