I think there’s no better choice than these guys if you’re looking for dedicated services. I trust them with my Volkswagen GTI and my Audi A4 Quattro. Dealership mechanics aren’t special or better, they simply work for that dealer. I like it here because like me they’re enthusiast. Aside, from my routine maintenance they have also diagnosed issues and provided an explanation and solution for the cause and not just a fix for the problem. No pressure, just facts. been going to premier autowerks for a year now since I bought my 135i and they provide great service every time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE DMV AREA. Fluid changes, coolant reservoir replacement, valve cover replacement -all off the top of my head, all exceptional work and customer service every time! They usually beat everyone else’s prices on quotes (at least in my cases) and I know those are guys I can trust with my car. Update: I have been going to premier autowerks for about 2.5 years now. Barrett is always really helpful and respectful with their customers' time and I REALLY appreciate that. They are also very personable and always providing great customer service that exceeds any BMW dealer in the driving vicinity. Old review: I’ve had two visits with Premier Autowerks and I had a great experience both times. Barrett is super professional, transparent, and always on top of it. I feel very confident in the work they do and it’s nice to be able to drive away knowing your car was taken care of.
