Update: I have been going to premier autowerks for about 2.5 years now. Barrett is always really helpful and respectful with their customers' time and I REALLY appreciate that. They are also very personable and always providing great customer service that exceeds any BMW dealer in the driving vicinity. Old review: I’ve had two visits with Premier Autowerks and I had a great experience both times. Barrett is super professional, transparent, and always on top of it. I feel very confident in the work they do and it’s nice to be able to drive away knowing your car was taken care of. 1st service at premier autowerks. I could not have been treated any better. BMW on the other hand makes a battery change way more difficult and expensive than it has been with other cars. Shocking!
