Incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. I'd rate 5 stars but I actually never had any work performed on my vehicles to make a fair judgement. All I can say is that I was treated with respect and dignity and not like a silly gal who needed things dumbed down. I brought two separate vehicles to Premier, both were diagnosed and the verdict was that neither were worth the cost of repairs. I really valued not being taken advantage of, having the cars serviced only to my pockets detriment later. I'd for sure bring my next vehicle to these guys if ever there were an issue.

After $260 scan of BMW, have not received a call back to schedule part of the needed repairs. Followed-up by email and left message on their phone. But have not received their reply to my comment and one question. The shop must be very busy.

I recently had an e46 m3 convertible in for a pre purchase inspection. Dan and Chris were clearly very knowledgeable and familiar with the car and it’s unique quirks. Never know who you can trust when it comes to auto service. With Premier Autowerks I no longer have that problem. I know I can drop my vehicle off and know my car will be properly and professionally taken care of with no added unnecessary service added on.
