The customer service is definitely "PREMIER" they are a TEN STAR operation. They offer small town courtesy with HUGE operations quality. They are definitely one of Fredericks finest businesses. I would also say some of the best mechanics I have ever had. Not not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are SUPER Efficient. AND HONEST! I found them after a very bad experience with a very "reputable" service shop; after feeling completely "misled" I was referred to Premier Autowerks, they completely took care of the problem HONESTLY! My car is always ready when promised and it is definitely service with a smile. I would not trade this shop for any other. The staff at Premier Autowerks resolved the daunting No Start error on my BMW 335d E90 M57 with great care. Communication was great throughout the entire process.
