Deutsch American was good but Premier has taken the service to a new level. I appreciated being invited onto the service floor to have pointed out to me some of the potential things that could lead to further repairs later on down the road with my Mercedes. The customer service is definitely "PREMIER" they are a TEN STAR operation. They offer small town courtesy with HUGE operations quality. They are definitely one of Fredericks finest businesses. I would also say some of the best mechanics I have ever had. Not not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are SUPER Efficient. AND HONEST! I found them after a very bad experience with a very "reputable" service shop; after feeling completely "misled" I was referred to Premier Autowerks, they completely took care of the problem HONESTLY! My car is always ready when promised and it is definitely service with a smile. I would not trade this shop for any other.
