Had routine A9 maintenance performed on my Mercedes-Benz. The prices were less expensive compared to an MB dealership but, in my opinion, I received the same quality service. I love the app they use to communicate with customers! I was able to approve/deny services and pay my invoice as well. Every person that I interacted with was super professional and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be getting my maintenance from them going forward!

Premier Autowerks are not just a great shop but equally Great people. We had a tragic family event and subsequently needed some desperate help in finishing engine, electrical and body repairs on an S5 that was in a previous accident. Jim and the Premier team stepped in and finished significant repairs to engine, electrical, suspension and body. Their work was as good or better than any dealership we've ever dealt with. They went above and beyond in helping us through difficult times and the entire Premier team was outstanding and friendly which is hard to find in this day and age. It's rare to find a combination of great work, great service and great people. Our gratitude is beyond words. We were lucky to find them.
