We had a tragic family event and subsequently needed some desperate help in finishing engine, electrical and body repairs on an S5 that was in a previous accident. Jim and the Premier team stepped in and finished significant repairs to engine, electrical, suspension and body. Their work was as good or better than any dealership we've ever dealt with. They went above and beyond in helping us through difficult times and the entire Premier team was outstanding and friendly which is hard to find in this day and age.
