The customer service was great as well as the turn-around time. I ended up towing my car after hours, and was still able to make a connection just before closing. I saved money as well, compared to service at the BMW dealership. The 2 year unlimited warranty is a plus as well. Great alternative if you’re looking for work done on your BMW in the Frederick area. No need to commute all the to Rockville. Save your time and save your money.
