Currently own a 2016 BMW X5 Hybrid, which I guess is a rare model BMW. Came in with transmission issues, which they fixed, but the hybrid battery was being their level of expertise. This didn’t keep them from helping me. They had a menu of what was needed and what was optional when it came to the repairs. Did a great job of getting roadworthy again. They felt so bad about not having the personnel for my issue that they took money OFF my bill. Great group to work with.
