My wife and I have 6 vehicles. All are European except our Ford truck. We take all the euro cars to Premier. Chris, Dan and Jim run an awesome shop. The guys in the back are smart, thoughtful and very collaborative. But best of all, they are excellent mechanics. You can have a REAL relationship with this shop. Try them.

This shop is amazing. We were in such a pinch because my daughter's car was overheating while she was in the middle of finals at college; 2.5 hours away from home. The shop was able to diagnose and repair her car within 3 days despite being very busy. Their professionalism and communication is top notch! This is truly a five star independent repair facility. The people working the desk (Jim & Emily) are familiar with most of the problems on most of the vehicles they service and can help you diagnose and select the proper services and repairs. They are NOT people who simply write up and price parts and services. The shop is spotlessly clean and they are happy to accompany you on a tour of the shop. They will also accompany you into the shop and show you where your car is leaking fluid or how they know you have worn suspension components. You will know before you leave their shop what is wrong and how much it will cost to do the repairs. They also do not skimp on parts. They only use original equipment (OEM) or better parts. They have suppliers delivering parts every day so your car is not going to sit for weeks waiting on parts. Finally, they do good work at a fair price. The trunk hatch on my Mini would not work with either the fob or the hatch release. I tried to repair it and could not diagnose the problem. They found two broken wires within the power supply sheath. They soldered them and it now works better than it did 20 years ago. They could have told me they had to replace a switch or relay and I would not have questioned their judgement and I would have paid $500.00 or more for the repair. However, they were honest and did only what was needed to get the boot to work. I plan to take all of my work to them in the future. LMB
