So glad I found this business. Got me in quickly and did a thorough job explaining all work to be done.

As always, this team is exceptional. The professionalism from start to finish is refreshing in a time where its often difficult to get good, let alone, great service. Premier May cost a little more than other auto service centers but that small difference in cost is well worth the investment. You know the job will be done right the first time and they use quality parts and products.

First oil change on our new X5 50e. Service was great - looking forward to establishing a relationship although other than “extra” oil changes not provided by BMM most work will be under warranty for a while.

I brought my car in for an oil change. Be prepared for a long lesson if you didn't get your oil changed on time. The power to my cigarette lighter stopped working after I left the shop, and I was frustrated so I called in to explain. The first convo wasn't great, but I got a call from an employee, most likely a manager, that asked me to bring the car back in to fix it. He said it was most likely a very simple fix. I am giving them five stars because businesses aren't perfect, but how you handle negative situations can build more customer loyalty than a business that does everything perfect.

Very bad experience came in for alternator work, they created a major coolant link drive 5 miles and everything went bad. And these guys refused to take fault. Very bad experience. Make sure all you parts are replaced properly good luck
