I was having oil leak on my BMW 535i MSport and was searching for a top notch independent mechanic for BMWs in Frederick area since I don’t want to travel all the way to Rockville for a diagnosis. Google, ChatGPT all recommended Premier AutoWerks and looked at the reviews. So I went and right away Emily greeted me like she has been my friend for a long time! They are so welcoming and gave all the details of what must be done including breakdowns and prices which for me are competitive compared to the dealership. They even exceeded my expectation of finishing the job in realistic time! Best of all, my oil leak is gone! Top notch shop. Top notch staff. Top notch mechanics. Top notch price. I would recommend them to anyone who owns BMWs in the area!

I usually do most of my own work, but these folks know what they are doing and I have used them twice now, most recently for an AC leak. I'm pleased with their work and competence.

Premier Autowerks took great care of my BMW. Super knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. You can tell they really know German cars. The service was quick, fair, and my car runs like new. Definitely my go-to shop from now on!

I'd give my personal experience 3.75 stars. As objectively as possible, I originally was slated for an AC repair, but another issue came up before my schedule appt and I wanted Premier to put priority on that. They had my car for a week (granted it was a holiday weekend, and parts needed to come in which takes time) and the AC issue did not end up being addressed. It could have been that I was not clear that I wanted both items checked. On another note, while my car was there somebody (not from the shop) ended up backing in to my car. Emily was on top of everything and immediately got out her phone to record and went and got the driver's information allowing me to contact their insurance for full liability. While it wasn't the most ideal overall experience, I wouldn't write off Premier, as I have quite a few friends and family who have had nothing but good things to say about the shop, especially if you have a BMW. (It was noted I should go to the dealer if issues persist with my certain repair, so they may not be equipped for major Audi issues lol)
