Chris & Dan resolved a problem with my 2003 X5 that had been plaguing us for over a year and that another shop couldn't be bothered to tackle! Well worth the drive up from Northern VA, will use them again!

Dan and his staff did a great job with my 2014 BMW X1. I initially contacted Premier Autowerks about a timing belt/chain replacement and instead of scheduling one, Dan asked some questions and then explained how the timing chain is different from the timing belt. Turns out I didn't need to have it checked. He inspected the serpentine belt and again, found it to be in good working order. I have one tire that needs to be replaced soon, and again I was not directed toward buying more than I needed. The price for the work I did have done was reasonable and did a lot to reassure me that there are fair priced, knowledgeable mechanics! I was kept in the loop from start to finish!

Dan and his crew were awesome! Kept me informed the whole time, accurately diagnosed and fixed my 2013 VW Jetta.

So far, so great - from my initial call about a recurring problem with a warning light indicating a defective airbag on my new to me 2006 325i, through diagnosis and repair - Dan and Chris have been top notch professionals.
