I have a 2009 BMW 328XI that was running rough...word of mouth brought me to Premier Autowerks.. From my first initial call with Barrett he was very knowledgeable/professional in his line of work...continually provided me with the updates on the problem....they provided me with a complete analyst and video too...they also provided me with future recommendations of concerns for later work....Barrett, Chris and their team truly care about their customers and the quality of their work....and it shows....my car runs smooth and its comforting to know that there are trustworthy mechanics out there that are not trying rip you off or stiff you...I will be bringing my car to Premier Autowerks for all future services. Very welcoming. No sense of being a "man's club" which I appreciate. They talk "car" with me just the same. I've been there twice, once for a seat repair to my BMW 435i, and it's first oil/filter change. Impressed and pleased on both experiences. Premier Autowerks has has continued the high-standards of quality, customer service and value which I was accustomed receiving from Deutsch American. I was initially concerned with the merger that I would lose what I had expectations from my GO TO auto tech/service provider, but I am more than pleased! I have continued to have both our BMW's serviced at Premier Autowerks and will not trust anyone else to their care. Outstanding, informative, honest and truly a great value! These guys are on their game. They had my BMW diagnosed within 45 mins of me dropping my car off. They guessed immediately what they believed to be the issue, verified their suspicions, called me, then ordered parts. Highly highly highly recommend!
