Very welcoming. No sense of being a "man's club" which I appreciate. They talk "car" with me just the same. I've been there twice, once for a seat repair to my BMW 435i, and it's first oil/filter change. Impressed and pleased on both experiences. Premier Autowerks has has continued the high-standards of quality, customer service and value which I was accustomed receiving from Deutsch American. I was initially concerned with the merger that I would lose what I had expectations from my GO TO auto tech/service provider, but I am more than pleased! I have continued to have both our BMW's serviced at Premier Autowerks and will not trust anyone else to their care. Outstanding, informative, honest and truly a great value! If you aren't getting your BMW serviced by Premier you are getting the proper service. Highly, highly recommended and I don't normally provide online reviews or recommendations, good or bad.
