Once again Premier took excellent care of my BMW. efficient quality service for my car and a breeze to work with. they are the only ones that touch my BMWs! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you're looking to spend 4-5 thousand dollars for people to lie directly to your face this is the shop for you. These guys are blatant liars. Frederick deserves a better class of mechanic.

Mr. Turner, sorry to hear you feel that way about your experience here. Its certainly out of the ordinary for us to receive a review such as yours. Im not sure if this was made erroneously but according to our system the only one by your name would have been a customer for a Maryland State Inspection and an oil change back in January of 2022, and I certainly don't see how that comment would apply to that visit. The people at Premier Autowerks in Frederick, MD are always courteous and helpful. The work done on our BMW is completed quickly and the car operates like a champ after each maintenance cycle.

This is the only place where I trust my cars for their maintenance and repair. I don't feel like they are trying to upsell me on items I don't need. They are always friendly and I appreciate the quality service.
